Factors affecting the accuracy of width dimensions of rewinding machines
1. During the operation of the rewinding machine, if there is a problem of lateral swing of the cutting tool, it will lead to size problems, such as the difference between lateral swing and outer diameter size, as the lateral swing value cannot be zero. The lateral oscillation value of its load is usually about 0.03-0.05mm. The reason is precision errors such as thickness, inner diameter, and spacing sleeve width, as well as warping caused by lateral stress during thick plate shearing.
2. During the production of the rewinder, there was a problem of lateral warping of the steel plate, resulting in poor width dimensions. This is because the measured value of the cut product in the transverse bending state is larger than the set value.
3. Due to the production and operation of the equipment, there are corresponding fitting errors in the spacers and other components. When the number of cutting tools is large, the cumulative error increases due to poor upper tolerance setting. It should be noted that the width of the products cut by the rewinder is slightly less than the tolerance state of the side dimensions of the products. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the size confirmation of the time interval sleeve on the product side.
